How we work
We look at the employees and creates a psychological profile. What is their task? What dependencies are there? Where are the weak points in the substitution situation? Where is reliable information available? Who are their key players in the company?
The next step is to look at the previous annual financial statements. What is the quality of these? How is the documentation? What level of digitization does the accounting have?
We then draw up a roadmap. It defines important milestones and deadlines and communicates these externally. It also ensures a regular exchange in order to make adjustments if necessary.
